mundoestudiante is a network of academies that teach with their own method of study based on individual values.

My main responsibilities:
-Creating the business development strategy and marketing plan in order to become the first network of academies and franchises of Spain.
-Launch and main responsible for the expansion plan of own retail stores and franchises.
-Design of the digital transformation process with an IT team in charge for the elaboration of a complete ERP.
-Working as product owner and scrum master in IT projects.
-Creation and management of marketing department implementing a strong strategic digital promotion.
